  • We evaluated and proposed a structured process for redeployment to ensure a consistent and consolidated approach.
  • Employee was given a designated Origin Recruiter who facilitated and obtained feedback for all job applications across the company saving the need to deal with several different Recruiters
  • Face to face meeting with employee to identify transferable skills, areas of interest and to ensure thorough understanding of the process
  • Creation of vacancy list (regularly updated and distributed) for employees who no longer had access to the internal website.
  • Origin worked closely with hiring managers to help them fully understand the benefit of considering those in the Redeployment Programme and ensure that redeployees were fully considered for new vacancies.
  • Creation of Redeployment FAQs to help ‘at risk’ employees understand the internal recruitment process
  • Creation of standard management information to track redeployed numbers across different divisions and to report success stories
  • Creation of an Internal Interview Guide to help employees perform well in internal interviews
