Origin took over M&G Investment's graduate recruitment programme for the 2006/7 season and, having introduced an online application process, we continue to manage their graduate recruitment today.
M&G needs to compete in a saturated recruitment market for their investment products, where they are aiming to recruit graduates who may also be considering careers in investment banking firms.
This means differentiating and developing the M&G employee brand. In order to do this, Origin's recruitment marketing team developed bespoke and innovative marketing ideas to help M&G differentiate themselves in terms of graduate career, breadth of experience, early access to clients and a meritocratic environment.
