The Momentum Programme – a richer experience

Momentum is our flagship programme designed to develop our future leaders. Launched in 2007, the programme is aimed at recruiting high-performing individuals, at the early stages of their careers, who have the potential to become part of Prudential’s Leadership Team. We will give you global business experience through three 18-month placements, which will expose you to different specialisms, different business units and different countries.

Upon entering one of our four streams (Commercial Management, Finance, Human Resources or Communications), you will be placed in a real role, at the heart of our business, charged with meeting business needs, expanding your global network and exceeding expectations from day one.
