Recruitment Process Outsourcing - Case Study

Origin HR has been responsible for the majority of this major Custodian Bank’s permanent recruitment since 2005.

In London, after an audit of the existing recruitment methodologies and in consultation with the client, Origin HR immediately implemented a direct recruitment strategy utilising online methodologies. Initiatives included Origin HR’s specialist in-house corporate communications department researching the success rates of market standard job boards and working with the most applicable to the Custodian Bank’s target audience. This approach ensured the client’s percentage of agency hires (and the associated recruitment costs) reduced dramatically.

At the same time agency satisfaction levels with the Custodian Bank actually increased - despite their vacancy loss. Origin HR's active PSL management and regular meetings with line managers, allowed the consultants to get “under the skin” of each vacancy and hiring area, ensuring recruitment agencies received accurate job specifications to search against – increasing candidate conversion rates.
