Origin HR took over M&G's graduate recruitment programme for the 2006/7 season and continues to manage their graduate recruitment, having introduced an online apllication process. We have designed a bespoke programme to enable M&G to compete in a saturated recruitment market for their investment products where they will be aiming to recruit graduates who may also be considering careers in the bulge bracket investment banking firms. Our recruitment marketing team have developed innovative marketing ideas to help M&G develop their employee brand with this in mind which focus on differentiating what they can offer a graduate in terms of career, breadth of experience, early access to clients and a meritocratic environment.

Origin HR has been running SWIPs graduate recruitment programme since 2006 for all front office business areas. Origin HR have designed and implemented a graduate recruitment portal embedded seamlessly into SWIP's careers portal of their website to receive SWIP's applications and to enable them to better manage their graduate recruits. The graduate portal will help assess the graduate recruitment applications, monitoring diversity statistics, helping identify target schools and to focus future recruitment campaigns not to mention providing a seamless candidate management and tracking system, ideal in a volume recruitment process. SWIP has also had bespoke marketing materials designed by the recruitment marketing team of Origin HR to compliment their online information and sent out by targeted HTML emails to universities careers' services and finance clubs.
