Meet the Origin HR Management Team

Origin HR’s team of onsite recruiters, account managers and HR consultants are based at client sites from across the UK and throughout EMEA and have considerable experience in recruitment outsourcing, graduate recruitment, HR consulting and recruitment technology.

The senior management team is comprised of experts in the recruitment outsourcing, HR outsourcing and graduate recruitment fields:

Keith Robinson  

Keith Robinson - Managing Director

Keith Robinson has over twenty years' experience within HR services for financial institutions, having worked for ING-Barings, Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Charterhouse, where he was both HR Director and a Director of Charterhouse plc. Since 2003 he has led the development of Managed Services and Recruitment Process Outsourcing business within Origin HR and Vedior.

 
Katherine Hogbin

Katherine Hogbin - Director

Katherine Hogbin has worked within HR services for over fifteen years within recruitment, vendor management and latterly for Morgan Stanley where she was responsible for the recruitment and talent management of the Investment Banking Analyst Programme for Europe, prior to joining Origin HR in 2003. Katherine is involved in all new service proposals and RFP responses for domestic and international clients.

 
 
Lisa Forrest

Lisa Forrest - Associate Director

Lisa Forrest has ten years' experience in HR consultancy, project management and recruitment (both onsite and off site) gained within Vedior companies. Lisa is responsible for a number of current onsite recruitment accounts at Origin HR. Lisa has additional responsibility for direct resourcing strategies both onsite and remotely.

 
Richard Summers

Richard Summers - Associate Director

Richard Summers has ten years' experience in recruitment and project management. Richard manages all implementations for new and existing clients for Origin HR. He started his career in a search firm, moved in-house to manage UK and European recruitment for Reuters before joining Origin in 2005. Richard was initially responsible for the implementation and management of Dresdner Kleinwort in London and New York. Richard is also involved in the application of technology solutions, online advertising and branding.

 
 
Rachel Liew

Rachel Arter - Associate Director

Rachel has 8 years' recruitment experience, initially specialising in finance before joining Origin as an Account Manager in April 2004. Having worked on the Deutsche Bank account, Rachel moved to implement and manage the State Street account, before moving back to take full responsibility of the Deutsche Bank team. Rachel manages the internal recruitment process for Origin HR employees and the ongoing development for Account Managers.

 
Neil Herbert

Neil Herbert - Associate Director

Neil has fifteen years' experience in HR services and HR consultancy in the City. He was Assistant Head of HR at Charterhouse, and was previously with Fidelity. He has most recently worked with Fairplace, the talent and career management group, and supported clients such as Lehman, Goldman Sachs and Dresdner Kleinwort. Neil is a qualified coach/councillor who delivers external and internal training programmes.
